President and CEO

Ms. Hay, principal and founder of International Development and Resources, Inc., has led the company through twenty two years of growth and success. She has postured IDR to acquire major contractual work in the Department of Defense and the Department of Energy.

Ms. Hay brought IDR to participate in the Federal 8(a) Program and consequently diversified the company to enter the governmental and Federal markets with a wide range of capabilities. Under her leadership, IDR has performed contract work in the fields of Web Development and Internet/Intranet/Extranet Design, Implementation and Maintenance, E-Business, Information Engineering, Telecommunications, Logistics Support, Survivability and Lethality Analysis, National Security Studies and Analysis, Management Science, and Configuration Management.

In addition to Ms. Hay's technical responsibilities at IDR, she performs the quality control review of all project work. Active in Human Resources Management, she has the ability to obtain maximum production from her employees. Ms. Hay stresses a streamlined organizational management structure which allows Project Managers direct access to the leadership of the company.

Besides IDR, Ms. Hay also serves as President of the Asian American Business Roundtable (AABR) and as Chairman of the United States Small Business Alliance (USSBAL).
